Very efficient, had to cancel first appointment due to illness but got in touch when recovered and provided several alternative dates turned up on the day at time specified and emailed report. All very good.

Very good with his job something British Gas didn’t do when they last year service which he showed me on paper and they that section but he’s done that and explain something so for future I know that will definitely use him in the future
